A graduate of the National Personal Training Institute in Philadelphia, Carl has spent more than 17 years helping people build strength, improve conditioning and lead healthier lives. He has coached general fitness clients and athletes in both one-on-one and group settings, with experience at Riverside, Scranton Prep, Western Wayne and North Pocono. Whether the goal is weight loss, maintenance, muscle building or better overall health, Carl combines effective training with practical education and genuine support. He loves helping clients understand the process, enjoy the work and reach goals they once thought were out of reach.
After earning a music degree in 2022, Joseph shifted his focus to martial arts and healthy living. Now a full-time personal trainer, he brings positive energy to gyms across the valley. Functional strength training is at the center of his programming, helping clients move better, build strength and feel their best. He also shares his passion for martial arts—especially Thailand’s combat sport, Muay Thai boxing—with everyone he trains.
